Hot and Sweaty Studio Workout

Somewhere else I love to break a sweat is in the studio! It’s in the backyard too so it's super convenient. The best part about it is the heat! The studio is a garage after all, It can get super hot just like a sauna. This makes me super sweaty; another reason I enjoy getting active. I love the soaking wet sensation of my sweat while when I get moving!

Just like the backyard workout, everything is the same minus the jump rope. And like the backyard workout post, I also made some awesome gifs to go along with the videos too.😎
